Yesterday I got to spend an incredible morning with Di from Van Dyk’s Greenhouses. I had the privilege of getting a personal viewing of her hot pepper garden, and it was truly impressive and inspiring!!
As I grower I couldn’t believe the rare variety she was growing, AND I got to pick those peppers above our heads in the pictures; Armageddon Scorpions! (Over 5lbs in 3 pots!!!
)
I figured it was Van Dyk’s peppers that inspired “Death Spiral”, and gave that extra Caribbean kick for my “Maple Jerk BBQ “ sauces so I brought the pair for the couple to try!
